White-glove service provided by the lovely Natalia and Claudia at reception. Natalia has a great sense of humor that had us laughing. Claudia paid attention to detail when providing our Amex credits and explaining our invoices. She did things right the first time which we appreciate. Throughout our stay the team was kind and gave us the one of a kind Mexican Hospitality. Our server Edgar and the manager for our last dinner gave us some traditional Mexican gifts as a farewell. Frida and her colleague who served us delicious afternoon ice-cream. I wish I could remember everyone’s name because they all deserve recognition. Highly recommend staying at Sofitel Reforma!

I’ve absolutely adored my time in the Sofitel. Reception was always quick and the kindest, if I could name names I would but genuinely everyone was so amazing. The restaurants in the hotel were all very good and the wait staff always left me feeling welcomed. Guest services never disappointed and in so thankful that they were there to help my stay. Gina was always quick to get me an answer or solution to anything I needed and made sure to check on me when she could. Club millesime was definitely my favorite part of the stay. The food was good and the drinks were cold. Frida always gave us a warm welcome and made sure we were attended too and Laura made one of the best micheladas I’ve had! The hotel itself was in a great place with a lot of cool restaurants and bars not too far. The angel is visible from the hotel and it was so amazing to be able to see it from the hotel rather than just looking up at it. I’m definitely looking forward to my next stay!!

An amazing hotel and the location is perfect. Gustavo,(concierge)was friendly and helpful. A special mention to Cesar, who we booked through the hotel to take us to Tolotongo falls and springs was amazing! He was very fluent in English and knew a lot about the history of Mexico City. I would recommend using him. The only negative I would say was I wish more of the staff understood/ spoke English. It was at times difficult to communicate with them.

Excellent experience. The staff was so attentive, welcoming and great attention to detail. The room was spacious and clean. The pool stunning, especially at sunset. The spa was fantastic. Balta was a delicious breakfast. One of the best hotel experiences I had. Definitely recommend.

The last week I stayed at this hotel and the experience was amazing. The Front Desk team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We met Jany Vega during breakfast and we shared with her that all the team at Front Desk, Bellman and Concierge were very helpful. From the moment we arrived everyone was welcoming, Charly at the entrance and Maria Jose and Daniela at the check in, also Gina was so kind and pending of our requests. This is one of the best hotels.
